We're currently investigating an issue with wallet loads, in most cases GBP loads.
Recent GBP wallet loads might not appear in the application, but the money is still there and it's usable. If you have recently performed a wallet load, there's a high chance you can perform transactions, even if the balance in the app appears to be low.
